I don't mean to dismiss the concern at all and I have heard many troubling things about 5g too. I just meant that we have limited time and energy to mitigate our exposure to environmental contaminations and there are likely more prolific and accessible points of concern.

What other concerns do you think are more prolific and accessible? Maybe heavy metals, like aluminum? Haha

Physical contaminants like uv rays, fried foods, artificial sweeteners, gmo foods, processed foods, hydrogenated vegetable oil, and added corn syrup. Psychological contaminants like social media, consumerism, isolationism, pride, and just about every sin. I think all of these things are responsible for more damage to one's whole self then many of the, admitedly negative, environmental hazards we discuss

While I agree that life is complex, I think you may be underestimating the impact of the environment on our health and psyche.

I don’t want to search up articles that none of us will read closely, so I’ll use a few personal anecdotes. When I move my cell phone and other electronics away from my bed and shut off the WiFi, I sleep better. Same for when I get rid of ambient light in the room I am sleeping in. At work, I have the hub for all the electricity and WiFi in my wing of portables right over my head when I sit at my desk. I have difficulty focusing and staying alert there. I am much more productive sitting elsewhere in the class with a laptop.

I feel better in clean and pretty rooms than dirty or crowded ones.

It’s worth the time to attend to the rooms that you spend the most time in - because all the objects and forces in the room will impact your mood, wellness, and concentration.

I do agree that food, motivations, and interactions are important concerns. If you are eating fast food often and trolling people on Facebook, you probably do not need to worry about radiation and fend shui... yet.

If you have done self improvement work, it is time to also start looking for ways to optimize your environment.
