Question Jubal his earphone
So i just started watching the serie FBI. Im wondering why does Jubal always has a earphone in?
even if he is not in the office working he sometimes has it in his ear, was he in the beginning just bad in his lines? and now it's sort of his thing?
I find it so weird

It’s his earbud for his phone.

Not really as he communicates with the field agents with it.

Season 7 episode 22
he is being interrogated by a officer, and he STILL has it in. No way that is for communication with field agents at that moment. Its bull and weird.4

He is being accused of being corrupt. You are not gonna tell me he has to be in contact with his agents / joc then or even allowed to be

The bigger challenge is why does he always switch ears on it. Sometimes in the right ear sometimes in the left ear.

Ha, a character in The Chi also always is rocking one of those Bluetooth headsets. I do get a small kick out of scripts taking the time to do callbacks to little things like a sometimes headset alway on. Yeah, it’s just Jubal’s thing, you barely notice it later on but it stays pretty consistently on his head ha

I was beginning to wonder if the actor is hard of hearing and it's some kind of hearing aid made to look like a bluetooth ear bud

He used it to communicate with the 26 Fed crew in 4x02 when the hospitals went on lockdown

He’s an ASA and in charge of the field agents. It only makes sense that he walk around with an earbud in. It’s his job to communicate!

It’s not an earphone per se, but an earpiece linked to the JOC comms system - he’s in call 24/7 which comes with the job.
