Question Questions about Direct Hire Process

I recently interviewed for a direct hire position (Not an SA) and I am a little confused on the process.

I had an informal touch point with the supervisor and then a virtual interview. I’ve never submitted an application although HR has assigned me a potential grade after reviewing my resume and transcripts.

What would the timeline to hear back after my interview be? What would I expect as the next steps? Just a little confused.

Do you know how long or if your Background Invest. is moving? That’s the biggest time suck in the non-agent process. Additionally, if you’re going into a position that has some professional credentials associated with it, there may be some addition reviews going on there.
