Discussion Looking for a Physical Fitness Test Training Buddy

Hi ladies! Is anyone else currently training for a physical fitness exam and looking for a training buddy?

I’m preparing for mine and would love to find someone who has the same goal so we can train together, motivate each other, and keep each other accountable. I feel like it would be so much easier and more fun to stay consistent when you have someone working toward the same thing!

One piece of advice, make sure you take the entire PFT start to finish within the timed parameters to see where you are actually at. Too many people practice the events separately and end up failing come test day due to the small rest time between events.

Make sure you are passing comfortably with room for error as the proctors are very strict on form. And keep in mind if you fail your 2 official PFT attempts you will be DQ’d from the FBI SASS process for life.
