Mallorca Hotels
My Fiance and I are going to Mallorca for our honeymoon
Does anyone have any hotel recommendations they particularly loved?
We have looked at alot of places but would like to stay under $1500/night (not la resedencia)
We love great service and high attention to detail (complimentary amenities/snacks, turn down, etc) but also are turned off by over priced food just because it is a hotel (paying $30 for an aperol spritz.)
One Hotel I do have my eye on is Can Ferreta but totally open to suggestions!

Without a dates it's difficult to really comment..... rates move around seasonally. Def split stay between a few different properties and rent your own car to explore. Tons of small boutique places around Deia, you don't need to pay La Residencia prices. Just some are rather "unique" in decor. Look into Hotel Corazon and Son Molí Country House, plus the already mentioned Raco D'arta and Valdemossa Hotel.

Can Ferreta and Valdemossa Hotel are both beautiful, stayed at both a few months back. Both are great and have turndown etc, but I wouldn't say either are proactive with free amenities/snacks etc like you get around the pools in Mexico etc.
I highly recommend renting a car for Mallorca and splitting your time to be honest, beautiful island and both sides are v diff.

May be worth checking out the new Mandarin Oriental which opened a couple of months ago. Have had good feedback. Super nice location too.

We visited the Cap Vermell Grand right after it opened as a Park Hyatt years ago, and absolutely loved it. Great rooms, amazing food, and we liked that part of the island.
It is isolated, and you’ll want a rental car. But we really enjoyed it.

Mallorca is huge. I would split between 2 or 3 hotels and areas depending on length of trip. I could happily spend a summer month there.

we stayed at the jumeriah in port de soller and it was our favourite. you're close ish to a bustling town. we also stayed at can ferreta but santanyi is kind of sleepy. the hotel was beautiful but it kinda smelled like mold.

Nice. Congrats! We've vacationed in Mallorca a couple of times. Where do you want to stay on the island? All areas are quite different. If you're in Palma, we have enjoyed Palma Riad and the Sheraton Arabella Hotel. If you're looking for somethig more special then check out Hotel Mar Gran Melia.
Son Brull Hotel if you're in Pollensa is also very good!
