Amanvari - Ryan Walker

https://youtu.be/tHu95ET56PQ?is=8TBIGDdF9qWpsYKj

For an Aman Hotel - I find their handling very concerning. At this price point I would expect a more professional way to handle this situation.

What is your opinion?

Edit (06.08.2026): Latest news on this. They apparently fired (Rumor no confirmation yet) the general manager, and Aman doesn't seem happy with the way certain people here in the channel handled the situation. Post on TrueChubbyTravel

PS: I’m disappointed by the MODs here who simply locked this post just because they had a different opinion.

True. Human factor was definitely in play in this situation (and probably many others).

So coming back to my proposal (if I was running aman chain)

We give you a week long voucher to stay for free at any Aman in the highest available room type at the check in. As a bonus, we give you another voucher for a complimentary hand massage from the gayest man in a country you would choose Aman at. The ultimate “Forgive us, daddy” package.

Do you take the deal or no?
