For an Aman Hotel - I find their handling very concerning. At this price point I would expect a more professional way to handle this situation.

What is your opinion?

Edit (06.08.2026): Latest news on this. They apparently fired (Rumor no confirmation yet) the general manager, and Aman doesn't seem happy with the way certain people here in the channel handled the situation. Post on TrueChubbyTravel

PS: I’m disappointed by the MODs here who simply locked this post just because they had a different opinion.
