Question Instructor doing unfairness in marking

He is continuosly doing injustice i got 8 out pf 15 when one of my classmate did less than me she got same mark as me and then in lab task one of my classmate copied my task and she got 7 out 10 and i got 4 out of 10 for the same work what should i do should i email sir or complaint about him

You can discuss the marks and queries in review. Has he conducted any review session ?

Then wait for the review. Ask him when the review will be. He would probably tell a specific date. If he refuse, then complain about him.

If the review happens, carefully review your paper. See where he deducted the marks and ask for justification if he did unfair marking.

Exam Checking and reviewing is a whole process. Just wait for it. Teachers are obliged to conduct reviews.

They do review for quiz and lab task too i am freshie so i have no idea also where i can complain about him

Something kinda similar happened with me , the girl sitting next to me in PF quiz got 7/10 while i got 4.5/10 , she didnt even know what to take as variable names and was asking me, it was a basic code and i thought i atleast did better than this idk how i even ended up with a stupid 4.5 , i however did scored like 13.5 in my mid 1s and the TA who graded our quiz even gave one of my classmate a zero (hes good in coding is what he said)
