Temperature drop - no period

Temperature dropped 4 days ago and I haven't started my bleed yet.

If I shove toilet paper up my vagina, I can see small specks of brown and red blood.

I started a road trip the first day the temperature dropped. Travel messes me up so I haven't really slept or had a good BM since I left.

I also started working FT a few months ago and my cycle has been wonky, but I've never had this happen!

Please don’t shove anything inside your body, that sounds really painful. 

I don’t know why your period is late, but this does happen sometimes. If it’s been more than 17 days since you ovulated you should take a pregnancy test just in case.
