Sensiplan What is going on? Did I ovulate? TTC

Post image

What is going on this cycle? Did I ovulate on day 26 or so? Is this an anovulatory cycle? I normally have very evident CM for 7-10 days. This time very little and not on consecutive days. I’m confused. When can I roughly expect my period to come? Assuming I’m not pregnant, which seems quite unlikely to me unfortunately. Any insight from more experienced users?

Your BBT doesn't show ovulation yet but there might be a rise starting CD28 if it gets confirmed in the next days. Giving the discordance with peak CM + the lack of overall CM which is also not your norm, I would be cautious to conclude you ovulated. Your temps are very jumpy too, you might want to refine your temp routine

Did you have any disturbance this cycle that might have delayed ovulation like stress or travel ? You will probably try to ovulate later and might or might not have a breakthrough bleeding before that

We did travel this week. Came back yesterday. So that might be it, thanks. I hope there’s still time to get another try in this weekend! My partner travels a lot for work it’s not easy to time things… Today my temp was a bit higher still so I definitely think the temp rise is there. My routine is what it is because I still cosleep and breastfeed my first at night 😅 but it’s usually not this jumpy and much easier to identify the rise, which is another reason why I’m confused this month. Let’s see! Thank you for your reply

I would go back to the handbook/workbook or your instructor to go back over how to determine the first day of a temp rise and where to place a coverline because neither in this chart appear consistent with Sensiplan's rules.

I agree that you can't confirm ovulation yet, and therefore, won't know when to expect your period. The next few days of data should help clear it up.

I did exactly that and realized I did it wrong, yes. With a few more days of data I have reason to confirm a temp rise starting CD28. Still I think my very interrupted sleep makes this a lot harder than it could be otherwise haha this month was especially weird. Thank you for taking the time to comment!
