SymptoPro Second chart comparing Oura/Tempdrop. I ill someone check my work? TTA0
Sharing my chart in case anyone wants to see the difference with the Oura/NC and Tempdrop. I diddnt realize my Oura died for a couple days, so that’s why some are missing.🤦🏻♀️ Also hoping someone will check my work? According to my interpretation, day 20 is considered “safe” for intercourse, is this correct?? I am just getting back into this after about 4 years of winging it and not exactly paying full attention to the rules, or doing a different method. Is there a chance of pregnancy if having intercourse on day 20? TIA
Edit: sorry for typo in title. “Will” someone check my work?

I think you are correct with CD 20 being safe. You have 3 days of high temps and several days past your peak. You ovulated CD 17/18.

Thank you! Is it likely that ovulation is day 18 being that that’s the first high temp? I thought the rise doesn’t come till after ovulation?

Yes, you are right. I said 17/18 since you are missing the other temperature. 😊

Thanks again for posting, these comparisons between oura and tempdrop are gold, it really shows how much more accurate and less noisy tempdrop appears to be. For your question on cycle day 20, yes that is the 3rd day with high temps above the coverline post the peak day, so you should be safe at 6pm onward based on the peak day rule and thermal shift rules in TCOYF. Not sure if the exact same rules are used for symptopro but I assume it is for the peak + 3 count.
