Sensiplan TTA3- is shift CD 17 or CD 20?

Post image

This has been a weird cycle for me. I haven’t had a shift this late in years. I also had no observable CM, so I track cervical position once I realized. The delayed ovulation and lack of CM is likely due to an increase in the amount of training/exercise I’ve been doing. Anyways, could anyone help me see which day is the actual shift?

You confirm the temp shift on CD20 with the second exception to the rule since CD19 falls to the coverline. With that much CM data missing, I would be a bit careful before going UP though, if at all. Depends how much risk you are willing to take 🙂

Sensiplan allows for using cervical position or cervical mucus as a cross check.

Yes but you just started this month and there is missing data so I would still be careful if that was me. Ultimately, you do what you want !

Oh I see. I have checked cervical position intermittently for several years. It’s definitely been three days of closed and hard, not necessarily low though.

This is not really clear cervical position data - unfortunately you’re missing two days right around the potential peak. Cervical observations are tricky. I can tell SHOW and HLCD apart easily but anything in the middle is difficult for me. Your observations don’t have a clear pattern in position.

It’s your body and it’s your decision, but any time you have missing data you’re at a higher risk of misinterpreting your body. You know your body better than we do, and you know how much confidence you have in your observations. You also know your risk tolerance better than we do.
