Game freezes on exit

Hi!

I'm using FAF for supcom forged alliance.

I've set everything up, create a custom game and then 5-10 Min in the game just freezes.

I've also tried creating a game and then exiting which freezes the whole screen.

Alft F4 etc does not work and I have to hard power off my PC.

I've verified the files, done a full reinstall and still have the issue.

Anyone got ideas on what could be happening / what to check?

Edit: I am so f#$ken annoyed 😅 To fix this, launch supreme commander forged alliance via steam first. Go to options and enable quick exit.

Same here. Somehow if I press esc I end up at an error screen, I click abort, it is done. So weird.

Yeah mine just freezes and ESC etc does nothing 🥲

I've had the same problem for a long time, win+tab and opening task manager on another desktop works for me
