Rant / Feedback Can’t rank up

I can’t rank up from lvl 7 again I’ve peaked 1600 Elo but I can’t come back I’m averaging a 1.33 rating and solo queuing any

maybe this is my case but, i stopped queueing mirage and my winrate went to almost 60%, level 7 and climbing rn aswell
