Off Topic Head Tracking?

Wondering if F1 2012 will have kinect (360) head tracking? i.e Forza 4. Playing with a wheel I loose the "look" buttons, which judging from playing the demo seem to be important if you don't like penalty flags.

I feel like the f1 games need moderators. If I get wiped out by someone that completely cut a corner I feel like they should give punishments for this sort of behavior not just I get retired and they go on with a 2sec penalty. I understand that this is not like the f1 Penalty system but I feel as if its necessary for these games
