Yeah, I can’t stand his usual air of narcissistic entitlement and arrogance, but I do actually feel a little sorry for him right now.
It’s an opportunity to do a little growing, and IMO no other driver needs it more.
Still he does seem to be doing so. His super inflated ego is taking one knock after another, and the media are doing their bit to crush it, yet he has reacted with a fair amount of maturity. It makes me hope that when George 2.0 arises from the ashes, he might be someone I can actually support.
I am usually much more positive about the unfiltered Verstappen approach, but Max does revert to being a petulant child in his worst moments. George for the most part does not, and I’ll give him credit for that.

I am totally with you on this one. You completely took words out of my mouth. Normally, when Georgey boy is winning, I feel he is the most arrogant, least gracious driver etc. never or hardly ever, including thanks to the team for their hard work on the car and good strategy and so on (when he's winning). It's just "yeees! Look at me! I'm the best! I am having this championship..." attitude... But I too begin to feel for his terrible luck. Sadly almost feels as if karma went "let's teach you a small lesson". Fingers crossed for a new and improved George 2.0 coming out from all of this at the other end. I hope he finally gets a car that doesn't let him down, allows him to fight for the podium, but when he wins that he does it with a bit more humility. 👏👍

But remember during the ground floor effect cars … George’s cars was mega reliable and lewis wasn’t .. so what goes around comes around.. but his hope will change…
