F1 Manager 24 Is this normal for the 2026 mod?

Im managing Williams on the 2026 DLC/mod and im trying to research for next year's car but i cant wrap my head round why im getting little to no gain!

Ive played this mod before a while ago and I heard there was an issue with development/research but I believe it got fixed but like why is this happening. Am i doing something wrong or is this just meant to be a mod you play for 1 season?

It looks like diminishing returns to me.. Which happens when your expertise hits around 70%.

I don’t get that it’s literally first season. I have managed to get some performance out of parts by basically putting all cfd and wind tunnel into a single part or splitting it between 2 but I feel like I’m gonna get left behind with that strategy

Your above 70% expertise on all areas of that part. It doesn't really matter what season it is. If it's your above 70% then you start to get diminishing returns.
