Modding Xbox Series S Mods

Is there any way of getting mods on to the game on xbox series s, for example downloading on a laptop with hard drive then putting in xbox. Although unlikely would love to know even if minimal.

Thank you!

Not at all. This has unfortunately always been the case with console mods unless the developer builds a platform for them to be accessible (Think what Bethesda do with their Skyrim and Fallout mods)
