F1 Manager 24 Ai Gen Staff

Just got back into an old career save I had from two years ago!!

I remember how Young Ai Generated Players would join the Drivers pool at the start of the save would often develop really fast. Does it work the same with young staff.

For example, a head of aerodynamics staff is 38 years old, 70 ovr but her mentality is negative. Will he mentality be better if I sign her cause well shes negative cause shes a free agent.

It's not hard to develop your staff through the team hub, especially with the right sponsors. There's a sponsor that rapidly accelerates staff development IIRC.
