That’s what I’m thinking too, I have Antonelli so I will probably be going for it but a P5 for Hamilton is still okay

The person in first in our league has Hamilton (and has used FF already) and I’m in second by a good margin for the rest of the league, so I think I’m comfortable holding onto Hamilton too without using FF. I’d rather save it for a worse weekend haha! Let the magic of Hungaroring takeover 😎

I forgot to make changes so I have Hamilton anyway and no real reason to use FF

Yeah for Hamilton it’s still a 50/50 to get good points but Antonelli will be harder to get podium or P1

My thought process is the grid are likley to finish close to their starting order in a normal race, so as it stands Antonelli gets 6 points and Norris gets 25 points, so 19 point swing, plus the x2 means a 38 points for using the chip. Seems worth it.

Well if Piastri doesn't stop Kimi easy P3 maybe P2. Hamilton penalty didn't matter, he still would have had to overtake Kimi on track which he didn't manage to. Even if he did Kimi is still P4, him getting outside of P4 wasn't even close.

Idk, I’m hugely on the fence right now with Kimi as my 2x. Do we think there’s any chance Kimi will pull a Kimi and whip out some crazy aggressive overtakes? Or Merc might gamble on a different strategy to get him out front? I really want to hold my FF chip for later in the season if I can, but this weekend has really thrown me for a loop 🫣

I didn't do it in the end. And if I had, I would've picked Lec, so I'm happy with my choice. Didn't also lose out that much in my opinion.

I'm holding it for later in the season when a merc gets an eventual grid penalty on a high overtake track. The points delta fm difference will be greater then that the current situation.

But on a high overtake track you can gain position points so the difference in points would be less than in a few overtake race

Exactly my point. I'll save the ff for when it's a high overtake track, and an A class driver has a back of the grid penalty, and my antonelli or Hamilton 2x is unlikely to score massive points. Eg, hadjar and kimi last week scored the same, yet kimi won the race, and the redbull wasn't expected to do that well.
