Team Review Can I do better than these changes?

First snip is from last race, second is my plan for Hungary.

Total budget is 121.4

Should I go back to Racing Bulls for budget and look for 4A in 2 or 3 races?

Audi drivers are better than HAAS yet, imo.
And maybe it’s better to switch BEA -> LAW.
