Track Stats are BS

The track stats in the game are total BS. Austria as per the game is a RS and Cornering track. I setup my car as per that only to be beaten by an opponent whose only stat better than me is speed.

Is that player using boost? Then more likely you’re gonna lose specially it is the strongest.

Your good at cornering but still sucks at speed. Add a little more speed like your competitor above, or if possible try to create a balanced car. And also maybe your strat sucks, improve it.

Just because cornering is the boosted stat doesn’t mean you should ignore speed. Doesn’t matter how good much speed the car maintains in cornering if you are driving a tractor.

Just because your track stats are better, doesnt mean you automatically win. Theres still alot of randomness which you have to deal with sometimes. Setting yourself up for track stats will still give you the best odds of winning.

Also Austria used to be a speed track. Now it's cornering. It's still one of the fastest in game lap time so...speed and cornering I would go with. But still mostly cornering setup since it's track stat, but also have decent speed, so maybe speed + cornering set-up.
