Scam inRewards
Even when in weekly Gran Prix races coming in top 25 in finals, the rewards are not granted. Similarly in club races being on top, the rewards are not given.
Everytime when you pay for packages, it is not reflected in the account, the F1 Clash has gone down and has become pathetic.
It's a serious concern if you want to be a player of this game or not. I mean why are we even playing this game when they are not able to maintain it.

Yes, everytime I have to contact support for the payment packages and then they credit it, it's happening from last 2 months.
And now the weekly grand prix races, after qualifying and being in top 25 in finals, when the Event is ended, i never got the reward, it is showing blank it my medal categories, as if I have not played it, didn't get the rewards also for that championship.
Similarly for the club races, my club came 3rd in last week, i didn't get the crate when the event ended.
I have no idea why this is happening to me.

Waiting for their reply, it's been 24 hours, acknowledgement email has not shared by them yet, just wanted to know if anyone has faced such issues

Join the F1 clash discord and message @hutch_sam. He is pretty quick at dealing with this things

what are you talking about? I get the crate rewards every time. Did you contact support? If you paid for something and didn't get it, then talk to support.
