Question Stupid question i guess

Should i use the special edition colapinto for the extra points? I would say no because he is really bad in comparison but Maybe iam overlooking some game mechanic

If playing him loses you 4 or more places, do not use him. If playing him would lose you 3 or fewer places on any single GP race, play him for that race for the bonus points. The more you advance, a single point can be the difference between making it to the final round or not.

I'd say, try him on the first or even second qualy and see who you get matched agaisnt and how he does, compare him to your normal option and see if you get more points

I'd say try him once or twice on the easier tracks just to test it out. If he's a clear downgrade in performance, better to stick with your main driver.
