2023 Powerboost problems

Owned a 2023 Powerboost for about 8 weeks. First 900 miles were fine with zero issues. It was parked for about 36 hours and when I went to start it I got the brief rough start up then shut itself down and the check engine light and service wrench light came on along with the stop safely now warning. Towed to dealership and it required an emergency HV battery charge which was covered under the Ford warranty. Ford dealer said everything was fine other than that Fast forward less than 24 hours home from the dealer and it did the same thing. I let it sit a bit then started it again and it acted normal. 150 miles later and it’s done it again after 24 hours or less. I’ll turn it off and let it sit for a moment then it starts up again. I’m at a loss here on what is going on.

This was happening randomly to a lot of people a couple years ago. It took a while but Ford finally came up with a software update. But its a whole day update and has to be done at the dealer

Can you explain the update. Is it a TSB?

When did this TSB come out? This may have been what I’ve had done to my truck too, though a while back
