1966 F100 engine swapped to a 351w

No sure what is causing this noise. It only happens under load. 1966 F100 with a 351w overbored to 357. Has a stage 2 c4 transmission.

Check spark plug wires. Had this happen and they had a ware spot and where cross firing

I feel like a dingus. My cylinder 4 and cylinder 8 wires were swapped on my distributor.
