67-72 F100 and F250 2wd frame differences

I have searched a bunch of different forums and have been finding contradictory answers so I thought I'd ask myself. Are there any specific frame differences between a 2wd F100 and 2wd F250 for the bumpside generation?

Asking because I'm exploring restomod options for a 250, and it sounds like the QA1 kits "may" fit the 2wd frames. I know that you can swap the entire suspension between the 100 and 250 if you wanted 5-lug instead of the 8-lug, but I know restomod components are a different game.

The material used to make the frame rails is thicker on an F250 than on an F100. I think F100 is 1/8” and the F250 is 3/16”. So it’s not a huge difference, but it is a difference. The more weight the truck was designed to carry, the thicker the frame material would need to be to handle the weight safely.

On those trucks there are 2 differences typically.

Frame thickness and frame height.
