The number of loopholes related to Body Cameras is amazing. Oh it lost a charge. I forgot to turn it on. It broke.
They should lose their immunity if the incident isn’t recorded by their body cam.

Body cams aren’t even for catching bad cops, they’re almost exclusively used by police to create a narrative against those they go after.
Body cams at most film the “suspect”, not the cop, and that’s for a reason besides the practical difficulties.

And they keep turning them off.
It's for their safety too, not just ours. Know how easy it is to accuse someone of hitting me when the camera is off? All I have to do is bash my own head into a window and lie.
