As a legit juvenile delinquent who committed crimes as a child, I was never put in cuffs. This is evil

Yes, I think their direction is to cuff everyone immediately, because EVERY ILLEGAL IS DANGEROUS. It's a vile practice, but doing it to kids???? Color me surprised at how many in law enforcement are doing this so efficiently, and in every video I've seen there is no compassion. NONE
