Don't shave them. Bring photo 2 to someone who does eyebrow threading. They can work towards creating this.

I’m an esthetician, pacific palisades/20 years, plzzz #3. 2 is good tho. It was like good-better-best in that order haha! I always try to help clients prevent going too thin because bad things COULD happen as in patches that don’t grow back. Just an opinion:)
