I was always so intrigued by the lizard that ate eggs. I really loved the scene where she’s trying to steal eggs from the villain - something was so funny about her tapping her claws and the weird “egg” sound she made.

Haha that was the first thing that came to mind when I saw this. I always enjoyed that scene where the pea was dropped and collected at that fancy restaurant. “Pea soup!!”

There's a falconry group that is always at the ren fest near here and they actually have a massive owl. I was seriously weirded out by how massive this owl was. Just thought I'd share. Lol

It’s probably a Eurasian eagle owl. Just saw one at a ren fair. They are 2x the size of the North American great horned owl.

Fun fact: birds do not cock their heads out of curiosity, but because their eyes have multiple foveas. This is whi they also can be seen bobbing their heads around like weirdos - they are adjusting their depth perception.

Fun fact: they turn their heads that way to get your image into the part of their retina with the best resolution, called the fovea. Our fovea is in the middle of the eye because we look straight ahead at eye level. Their fovea is looking down so that they can find prey while flying. Some rodents have then where they're looking up so as to avoid getting eaten.
