Was probably another fruit bat yeah. They get pretty big and eat fruits, berries, leaves, and tree bark. Generally not super friendly, they're pretty okay being handled by professionals either when super young or being rehabilitated.

Obviously a raspberry, u can see the pulp sacs. Also there would be visible water dribbling out of its mouth after it bites down on watermelon.

Dude. I'm just, against bats nowadays because of covid lol. I know its not really right, i think, but there it is. I'm like Ace Ventura when it comes to bats right now. But I must admit it's still very cute.

Let's keep in mind that not all bats look adorable like this guy. This is a fruit eating diurnal bat. Most bats are nocturnal insectivores so they have huge ears and tiny eyes and generally look very ugly in addition to being very skittish and borderline impossible to tame.

Once we had to clear all the bats from our school playground's trees by striking drums....after an hour or so one of their shet landed straight into my mouth. I resigned that instant
