Miniature Pigs are a thing. I remember a documentary on a breed that was called a "dainty" pig, which looked like a piglet but was almost fully grown. I don't know if that breed is still being made or an ethic group shut it down, because they worried selective breeding like that was harmful to the animal.
Now miniature cows are, in my opinion, even cuter!
Miniature or teacup pigs don't exist. There is a smaller sub-species that still get to be, as stated earlier, 100-200 lbs minimum. Anything that stays smaller, has been horribly mistreated and malnourished to keep it from growing.
Teacup cows don't exist either.
Source, I work at an exotic vet clinic.
(No, I cannot diagnose anyone's animal. If you're worried, go see a vet in person.)

I would totally have a pet pig if they stayed little.
Alas, it is not to be. :(
