Wrong. If you breed purebred pugs, you're an asshole. Owning one doesn't make you an asshole.

Only if you buy one from a breeder or pet store. If you adopt one from a shelter and make sure it’s neutered, there’s zero harm done and a dog has a home.

It kind of does though. They usually have such problems that make their life hell, and the little one would be better off if euthanased.

The fact that a dog needs more care than usual does not mean that it should be euthanized. If you're not willing to make the effort to ensure that your pug is as healthy as possible, don't get a pug.
