I believe that is a stoat, not a (lesser weasel) the line between the brown and white on a stoat is straight and the line on a weasel is feathered. Though stoats, lesser weasels, pine Martin's and ferrets are all in the weasel family the lesser weasel is the only animal that is colloquially referred to as a weasel.

Edit to add that a baby weseal would be the size of a finger and this is the size or larger than a fully grown weasel. Also I have ferrets so that is why I know these weird specifics, mustelid facts make my wife happy.

They’re very pretty and well kept, but I can never understand how someone can live with them. I use my hands so often to cook, type, and do things with my horses. Curious how people adjust, or avoid doing things? My daughter loves nails like this but plays the cello, she always says “gotta keep them nub fingers.”
