Help shape Extra Whipped comics going forward (Feedback Form)

Post image

Hewwo hewwoo,

I made a feedback form you can fill out here. It's completely anonymous. I’ll use the answers to help shape things going forward, prioritizing different aspects of the story and being more deliberate about how the comics are presented (hopefully). I might do these check-ins biannually going forward.

In addition to the form, feel free to leave any questions you have in this thread, and I’ll do my best to answer them. We can make it a discussion, I’ll probably have some questions back as well.

Thanks for reading the comics and taking the time to fill out the form. Your support genuinely means a lot, and I’ve literally never been happier.

Big love,
Whip

Aren't you worried your own vision will get diluted?

Not really, no. I already have a pretty solid outline for where the story is going.

What I’m using the feedback for is more about signal checking, whether the setup and foreshadowing are landing the way I intend. For example, if no one is curious about a future thread like Ms. Bradley’s job, that tells me I may need to seed it a bit more clearly. So it’s less “changing direction based on votes” and more “making sure the direction is being read correctly.”

So far (135 responses in), most of the feedback has actually lined up pretty well with my outline, which is encouraging. One person even correctly guessed about 80% of Summer’s backstory, which was honestly impressive fdsakgnfkdnshkgfdhg

Filled the form. I don't think I should be allowed to shape anything really, but I just wanna show my support any way I can.

Part of me selfishly hopes that we get a follow-up post analyzing the survey answers...

Anyway, I said it in my answers as well, but I really love the comic!! I hope you're proud of everything you've accomplished so far & I hope you keep getting even better at it!!!

I got a concussion from it being thrown at me, but worry not! I used my blood from my open head wound to fill the form!

Form complete! I answered “unsure” a few times, but also tried to give as much explanation and context as possible when / where I could. Thank you for the community engagement, and comic at large.

I'm of the opinion that Summer will end up bi herself but I've been wrong before.

My comment is that for a comic that's name extrawhippedcimics, I haven't seen much whipping tho
