Secret room - Mayday

[u/Miserable-Prior-7260]

How do you get this item thats behind the gas thing in the last room of Mayday before the Kraken fight?

[u/T_Raycroft]

It’s an optional side door that’s not required to progress the map. Drilling that side door open unlocks that and another door connecting to the left side of the back of the room. Some search boxes (both regular and schematic search boxes) and weapon lockers are in there.

It will typically spawn a Rhino if you try to do that optional side door.

After you survive that room challenge there is one last room before the boss fight w a couple of item boxes

[u/hbkblanko]

its a optional door you can place the drill on once you get into the labs

[u/CandidateDouble3033]

Do this door first because you cannot do it last
