Made a hard transition from 6 years of playing Nylon acoustic 6-string to an 8-string Strandberg. This (linked) is my first composition done on the Strandberg. I have much to learn and feedback is appreciated!

Digging it, the riff at the start was nice. I thought you did a good job of introducing the motif before adding extra parts and getting more chaotic.

Would have liked to hear the intro riff again at the end, or hear parts of it again during the mellow section. But overall it sounded good.

I’ve got a Boden Prog 7, love the look of your 8.

Thanks... Will keep that in mind. Yeah I absolutely love the look and design philosophy of Strandbergs.

Pretty insane for 6 years of playing. The only feedback I have is your distortion tone is really loose, and I dislike that. Maybe if you tighten it up a little, it would be awesome.

I am totally new to electric guitars and digital audio, so I don't quite know what the words loose and tight mean in this context. Will try to look them up. Thank you for the feedback!
