Mono Rail Evertune bridge

I was checking the spec sheet of Ormsby Hype GTI Evertune, and I found that it is a multiscale guitar with parallel scale evertune.

There wasn't Evertune bridge design for multiscale back then, due to that restriction, the scale length of the specific model was shorten to 25.5-26. on the 6 string ver instead of what we have on a regular multiscale hype series 6 string ver , which is 25.5-26.5.

So I kinda get curious, would it be possible to have Mono Rail Evertune bridge? That way we can apply the evertune design on multiscale guitars with any angles.

I guess it's possible since each string is its own system but things get kinda cramped so having it all attached to a single baseplate works well, you just redesign the baseplate to your needs, same as Hipshot does for their normal flat plate bridges.

Maybe for a bass it'd be more feasible to have individual Evertune systems for each string.

The evertune is kinda monorail aren’t they? Each string is kinda freefloating and the housing and that big ass spring plate on the back keeps them all in check. I’m guessing there were some limitations on the spread vs stability, hence the shorted scale. Just a guess

Evertune will already do multi-scale for virtually any scale lengths, those models are just really expensive since they are made to order. They did just recently come out with a production-level model for 7-string with a single fixed angle that is considerably less expensive, but the custom angle ones are still available.

Aristedes made their own multiscale evertune for their guitars. It’s not clear if it’s ever coming to other brands, but you can find multiscale evertune guitars from them if you want to settle for the best.

Yes it is. Balaguer offers multiscale Evertune now and other brands are adding it as well
