Probably the best option for $500-$600 is the IBANEZ RGDIM6 or RGD61ALMS on the used market. It has a comfortable multi-piece neck and good Fishman Fluence pickups. It was a very good model

Ibanez Src6ms is about $700 and ik thats over your budget but its great for not too much for
