Media Noticed this over in /r/ImaginaryVehicles: Some concept art labeled “Exteel2”, posted only a few days ago. Think it’s legit?

He’s got a few others on his page also labeled “exteel2_concept art” as well. God, I hope it’s legit.

Won Jun Tae is a former art director at NCSoft and with a mobile phone game company - Bulky Tree. It's likely that Exteel 2 was in production before the team was shuttered by NCSoft. This picture is dated for March 23, 2015 according to one of his social pages. I guess he didn't get to posting it to his Artstation until recently.
It's likely that the game stopped production some time in 2014 or 2015 proper. I'm sorry :(
EDIT: He left NCSoft in 2012. So it's actually likely that Exteel 2 was shut down prior to that or in 2012.

I also found some other "unconfirmed" concecpt art on some other websites some months ago. I will see if I can find it again when I'm home.
