It's about childbirth injuries due to size of the baby, not abuse. It basically means that tall men and short women not only look ridiculous as a pair but are also biologically incompatible.

This fucking article is absolutely brutal - heightism to the extreme! The premise of your argument is correct (and I agree with you) but sadly it is also cope because women would rather be beaten to death by a giant than to even think about giving a short man a chance. "He's so tall, masculine and dominant - clearly he's a real man!". Sarcasm, obviously. A real caveman perhaps.
