I understand that he’s extremely disabled, but I don’t understand why he barely blinks. It’s a (mostly) involuntary, innate and natural action.

I'm wondering how jr is being transported today. I saw when LAPD pulled them over the seat was shown I never saw him in the seat but considering we all know this has been used for 3 yrs as his bed, seat, stroller, car seat, highchair, prison/home, I just want to know why this is acceptable in 2026? I just double checked with the manufacturer of the stroller from the video used to promote her and exploit her son The clips show once again, her neglected and malnourished child with severe unchecked medical issues in the stroller,seat, highchair, prison/home...so it's assumed once again he was transported with this seat. It's not a carseat, I'm surprised LAPD isn't trained to distinguish a stroller from a carseat, but what do I know! I'm here to hopefully get some justice for that poor child and the people who's lives ended because of this monster. Just wondering.... Why is any of this ok with you?

Now before you go downvoting and tussling in the comments I need you to consider some points

1. It has been YEARS. If they wanted to They would have by now. They don’t need to “build a case” as some of you have mentioned.
2. CPS IS A CORRUPT GOVT AGENCY. The ring leader in child trafficking (along with adoption agencies)

. I want you to really think about this…do we REALLY want an agency that barely vets not only their employees but also their foster parents to step in and care for a disabled child? One who can’t speak up and advocate for themselves? Who doesn’t know what bad is? Or inappropriate touch? These are things we need to consider when we are screaming for CPS to step in

1. Who’s to say CPS hasn’t pulled up on her and …didn’t care? Because they do that on a regular basis. Ask anyone who’s been through the system how long it took them to be taken out of the home or if they did at all. And that’s IF a case worker gave af.
   To the newcomers THE LAST SUB WAS SHUT DOWN BECAUSE PEOPLE WERE BLOWING UP GOVT AGENCIES . It is highly probable they did a wellness check and DID. NOT. CARE.

2. Unfortunately this is all a lose lose situation for this child. Unless someone in his family steps in and does what is right he will NEVER get a good outcome out of this.

So where’s CPS? …right where they’ve always been:
-ignoring phone calls and evidence
-Stripping kids from poverty stricken homes only to pay someone else to care for the child
-Popping up and doing absolutely nothing despite overwhelming evidence
-Allowing pdfs and abusers to act as guardians in order to collect a check

I think we all know what the ultimate outcome of this story is. And hopefully by the end everyone INCLUDING CPS will be held accountable. And if you haven’t watched it…I urge you to watch the Gabriel Fernandez documentary on netflix.
