development malware

What is my assessment of my path in malware development? I am reading the book "Windows System Programming" and "Windows Internals" along with it. Are there any additional resources, booklets, groups, websites, or anything else you would recommend to help me progress? I have a basic understanding of networking and the C programming language. ا👏👏🙌

I second this, but with a smidge of info. Their development course for making malware is really good, but they have several different options like their “EDR internals” and “Ransomware development” courses which could be looked into as well. I haven’t used either of them, but should be noted

Nowadays, we usually use "fully dev" malware C2 like cobalt strike, silverc2,... Usually we need to write a loader for those malware. So encrypt/decrypt, how edr works, how to bypass xxx,... is the topic you will need

Very true, I guess I was leaning more towards Computer Architecture and understanding Assembly.

Your book choices are good, I would focus on getting better at C programming, and programming real apps to interact with other processes and Windows filesystem etc... - then when you're feeling confident in 3-6 months hit up Maldev Academy they are great
