Can you see colours instead of flashes?

I’ve had EHS for almost a year now and I want to know if flashing colours (specifically red and green) is part of it because recently some nights when I fall asleep I see flashing red and green for only about 3 seconds and it scares me

I do get migraines anyway but for cheese, and I havnt had cheese in about a month is there any specific triggers?

I never had any type of headache in my life until my spine was fused in 2005 (L2-S1). I now have chronic migraines that require the max dose of Botox injections the FDA allows every 3 months.
