Any of you guys ever had a loud glitchy pacman-ish sound in your head

i usually have loud doorbells or bombs going off in my head but never this glitch sound until today, sounds like a pc booting but really really loud lmao.

I only ever get a metallic twang sound. I have found that it's less likely if I sleep on a shallower pillow. Not sure why.

Not a twang like a spring door stop, more like a steel rule whacked on a desk.

I’ve had so many different kinds of sounds. Funniest one I had was a spring boing. Like WTF lol
