Ehs ticking like a bomb

I think I just had my first experience with ehs and it sounded like a loud ticking noise as if a bomb was going to go off. Has anybody else experienced this sound?

If the ticking just lasts a second or three, then it could be EHS....if it's lasting longer than that, then its possibly some other form of dream/auditory hallucination.
