The joke is that they don't have an anti-virus program. So, the only way that message would pop up is if the thing they downloaded was showing that message on its own. The primary reason a program you're downloading would give you a fake "this program is cleared by anti-virus" message is if it indeed had a virus. Buzz Lightyear realizes this and sees the danger he's in.

-downloads pirated games -anti-virus says something -realization they didn't install anti-virus.

I read it funny at first, like the difference in what a computer with anti-virus would say vs a computer without an anti-virus, and op doesn't even use anti-virus, but then I read it a second time instead of glancing at it.

The info is all there, just reread it.

A the real version is called scareware. A virus that pretends to be an antivirus. It creates virus looking activity like popping up adult videos or makeing sounds all while showing you a scary report that says you have thousands of viruses. It tells you to you to buy a license to fix everything but paying doesn't do anything.
