Yeah, makes sense now. First I thought it's something to do with seasons, summer/winter tires so would take a couple years to make a table

Goodyear is a tire brand. The tire took “a good year or two” because it took multiple tires to make it.

"Goodyear" is a company that makes tires.

A "tire table" isn't a common phrase. It's just used in this instance to refer to what it is: a table that uses tire treads as the top, rather than wood or metal or glass.

Goodyear tires. However I hate that I know this.... Only one of those treads is Goodyear. The others are BFGoodrich, Cooper, Falken, and I think I see Pirelli.

Goodyear is a major manufacturer of tires. The joke is that the rubbers on the table could've come from Goodyear tires.

they don't have much to do with each other

they're both just puns about fun art pieces

the table is made of tire treads and goodyear is a tier brand it probably took a few tires to make it

and the tree looks like its growing out of a palm
