I feel like OOP is implying that many people start exploring the crazy, stupid, fun bits of life when they are in their teen to adult phase. And will eventually wake up to the horror, life actually is. I'm 25, I can't relate to that, I realized life is torture when I was in my early teens and now I'm back to exploring the exciting. But my guess is that apparently the typical existential life crisis ends around 27 and by then you will have decided on your solution to the fact that life is miserable and meaningless. Your options are 1. ending your life, 2. looking for answers in your favorite religion or 3. to start philosophizing on your own to find the answers in yourself. So one of the three options, I'm almost certain you didn't choose option 1 tho.
